Affiliate Meeting Requests

Affiliate Events are any events that are requested to take place in conjunction with the Brownfields Conference that are not part of the educational programming. They have included:  EPA staff driven trainings or meetings, sponsor requested meetings, Phoenix Awards, exhibitor meetings for their own staff, or simply a group of like minded people that would like to connect while at Brownfields. If you would like to request a meeting space for an Affiliate Event at the 2019 National Brownfields Training Conference, please fill out the form below. Please note the following:

  • We recommend and encourage dates/times that are not in conflict with educational programming
  • Rooms are pre-set with a head table for 2 people and a standing lectern
  • WiFi is provided complimentary
  • There will be no charge for use of the meeting space at the Los Angeles Convention Center
  • All food and beverage requests and audio visual requests will be directed to our official providers
  • If requesting F/B and/or AV, the applicant will need to establish a form of payment with the vendor directly
